Thank you for your interest in CHLG. Find the 2011-2012 application below. Be sure to submit it, along with the $25 application fee, to our mailing address, which is different from the physical address of the school (the mailing address is listed at the bottom of the application). If space is available you will be contacted as soon as your application is received.
If space is not immediately available your child will be placed on the appropriate waitlist(s). Approximately two weeks after CHLG receives your application you will receive an e-mail with an attached letter that contains details regarding waitlist protocol and your waitlist number.
