*After submitting the online application there are a few other steps necessary to complete your application.  Please scroll down after completing the application for more details on submitting these additional items.

*For parents of applicants who are not currently students at CHLG, we will contact you within a week of your submission to provide you with a student evaluation form (which should be completed by your child's current teacher - if applicable), and to schedule an informal student assessment and parent interview.  ​


FINAL STEP TO APPLICATION:
After you have completed the online application above (be sure to hit SUBMIT) please read the information below carefully regarding other steps which may be necessary to complete your application.  


* FIRST PRIORITY and ROLLING ADMISSION Applicants 
Please submit a signed Lower School Membership Agreement (mailed or dropped to the below address) and the deposit and application fee (specific amounts are listed below).  The application fee is non-refundable.  The deposit will be refunded ONLY if your child is not placed.

*Checks for the combined deposit/application fee should be made out to CHLG.  You may also pay your combined deposit/application fee via PayPal (either with a credit card or via your PayPal account) using the first PayPal button
below, but please note that there is an additional transaction fee when using PayPal.  


For Check writing purposes, deposit amounts with application fee are as follows:

 Kindergarten:                $1320    ($1220 deposit + $100 application fee)
 First - Fourth Grade:  $1390  ($1290 deposit + $100 application fee)

You do not need to submit a signed Membership Agreement or pay any fees at this time.
