BEFORE COMPLETING THE ONLINE APPLICATION:
1) Print the Application Checklist
2) Carefully read through our Application Options. There are financial commitments associated with some of our application options, and we want to make sure you fully understand these prior to making application.
3) Print and sign the following documents, and refer to the Application Checklist for instructions regarding submission.
4) Make payment. Please note that the payment page with instructions regarding how to pay your deposit and/or application fee is under the "APPLY" tab, or you can also access it HERE.

- Doctrinal & Positional Statements, which provide the foundation of our teaching and instruction at CHLG. Please note that both parents must sign this document, with at least one parent signing under the section that indicates that the document reflects his/her sincerely held religious beliefs.
- Preschool Membership Agreement
